Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the value of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.

  • Among the proposed amendments are guidelines related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their suggestions by the deadline.
  • An open forum will be held on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in more depth.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
